Andy Warhol dies in New York at the age of 58. From 1967 to 1973 his "Factory" was based on the sixth floor of the Decker Building, located at 33 Union Square West, Manhattan.

As we said before, we've got another hotel. On request of the usual, anonymous International investor, we create the brand identity for the new hotel that will settle inside the Decker Building:
The Factory, NY Art Hotel.

Repeated photographic images, saturated colours, silkscreen printing: the subjects of some of Andy Warhol's works lend a unique character to each floor.

On the ground floor one may find the reception desk, a lift to all floors and the restaurant The Last Supper, inspired by one of Andy Warhol's last works.

In the basement, the Velvet Gym is customised with the banana dominating the cover of Velvet Underground's famous album.

On each floor, everything takes from the same theme: let's give a few examples.
The second one is the Skull Floor.

The fourth one is the Dollar Floor.

The seventh one is the Cow Floor.

The ninth one is the Elvis Floor.

On the eleventh floor there's just a small room for private meetings or very exclusive interviews: the Andy Room, decorated with the most famous amongst self‑portraits.

Also this time, we are sure we'll draw the "people who matter"; it's enough not to be too selective.

Waiting for the launch in September, we start with a pre‑opening campaign, purchasing every available ad space in Times Square.
